If the Equipment or whole bicycle is stolen, lost or damaged, you are responsible for the full cost of repairing such damage or replacing the Equipment, or entire bicycle. Please use a lock and ride safe. The theft insurance is available at the store for ¥200/day (standard bike) or ¥500/day (electric bike).

All bicycles are covered by the accident insurance. Please call us if you need any help.
