当店のレンタサイクルをいつもご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。

10月中は連日レンタサイクルが完売するほど、沢山の方にご利用いただきありがとうございました。

11月に入り京都市内も徐々に紅葉のシーズンを迎えており、紅葉目的でのレンタサイクルのご利用が増加しております。

これから11月下旬に近づきますと、車種によってはご予約の段階で完売してしまうこともあります。

また、日頃より午前中のうちにほとんど無くなってしまうことが多いため、

「ノープランでお昼から来たら、希望していた車種がない！」

なんてことも多くございます。

京都市内の観光で自転車のレンタルをお考えのお客様は、

出来るだけお早めのご予約をおすすめいたします。

※11/16現在、電動アシスト車が特に人気で台数が少なくなってきております。

ご予約は「Web予約」、「お電話」どちらでも受け付けております。

お電話の方が在庫状況を踏まえてご案内が可能ですのでおススメです！

ただし、当日予約はお受けできませんので予めご了承くださいませ。

ご予約希望のお客様は前日までにご連絡をお願いいたします。

午前中のお電話は、店内がレンタル受付により混雑している影響で、

お取りできないことが多々ございます。

電話予約される場合は、お昼以降にお電話を頂けますと繋がりやすくなっておりますので、応答の無い場合は午後の時間帯でお電話をお願いいたします。

また、「Web予約の場合は、ご利用日の２日前まで」に、

「電話予約の場合は、ご利用日の前日まで」にお願いいたします。

※ご予約は先着順となるため、ご希望通りお取りできない場合もございます。

We are in busy season because of colored leaves.

Kyoto city is really famous and popular with autumn leaves.

Last month all rental bikes were sold out almost every day.

If you would like to rent bikes, we highly recommend to make a reservation.

You can make a reservation by sending email or make a phone call.

In the case of making a reservation by email, we can accept it by 2days before of the using date (Let us know the date of use, number of people, type of bike, and rider’s height).

If you would like to make a reservation by make a phone call, we can accept it by the day before of using date, but before noon usually our shop busy because of rental reception, we are sorry in advance and thank you for understanding and your cooperation.
